We have to admit, eating healthy isn’t all that bad. There are some really yummy foods out there that actually taste pretty good.
And the best part? You can eat them as much as you want without worrying about your diet.
There are a number of foods out there that you can enjoy eating without worrying about gaining a couple of pounds. Here are some foods that you can eat a lot of and you still won’t gain any weight.

Eggplants.

While these aren’t really in your average American diet, Eggplants can be really yummy. If you make it properly, by grilling or baking it, you can enjoy this delicious veggie with no limitations.

Celery Sticks.

If you’re craving something crunchy and chips are out of the question, pig out oncelery stems. You’ll actually lose weight eating them.

Melons In General.

Watermelon and melon actually help you get rid of excess liquid from your body. Therefore, you can enjoy these fruits as a snack all day, every day.

Algae.

You might think of this as something that only Spongebob eats, but stay with us here. Algae can help your thyroid function by keeping your hormones at a normal level. This results in preventing you from gaining those extra pounds.

Zucchini.

Like eggplant, zucchini can be a delicious meal if made properly. There are a ton of benefits to eating it, but it’s so low in calories that you can enjoy it endlessly.

Cucumber.

A lot of us might not be such fans of cucumber but once you get used to the taste, it’s perfect for losing weight. Also, you can enjoy it in your water.

Beets.

Having beets in a salad is really yummy and is key to helping you lose weight. They also help burn fat more efficiently and you can eat them until you turn pink.

Whole Eggs.

These breakfast staples are great for your health, especially if they’re the “whole” variety. Eggs are also really tasty and there are a ton of different ways you can make them. Best part? You can eat them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner without gaining weight.

Pineapples.

Who doesn’t like Pineapple (if it isn’t on pizza, of course)?They are so delicious and sweet and you don’t even have to worry about gaining any pounds.

Apples.

Having one apple is enough to make you full and is great for regulating your digestion. Plums are also rich in vitamin C and potassium. And they’re delicious.

Salads.

It’s not shocking to say that salad is something that we can all eat as much as we want. Of course, without the super fattening dressing. But you can make it yummy!

Currants And Cranberries.

While it might sound like the next Post Malone album, it’s actually two of the best foods you can eat if you’re on a diet. Currants and cranberries are great to snack on and also throw into your salad. They have almost no calories and are rich in vitamin C. This also helps getting rid of excess water.

Brassica Oleracea.

You know, the vegetables that look like little trees. Cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower are your allies in the fight against excess weight. They also have almost zero calories.

Oatmeal.

In the same study done by the UNIVERSITY OF SYDNEY, they found that oatmeal ranked third in foods that are filling. This is because it’s really high in fiber, and soaks up a lot of water as well. They also contain a fiber called beta-glucan, which, according to the scientists at the WEST CHINA HOSPITAL, helps slow digestion and also helps you absorb carbs.
So next time you’re gearing up for a nice, healthy breakfast, opt for this treat over cereal.

Broth-Based Soups.

Some people might think that liquids are less filling than solid foods. However, a study done by IOWA STATE UNIVERSITY found that fact might not always be true. They discovered that sometimes, especially when soup was involved, that liquids could
be just as filling. PENNSYLVANIA STATE UNIVERSITY did a similar study, where they found that when soup was
eaten at the beginning of a meal, the subjects would eat 20% fewer calories afterward. This has all been sealed by the fact that many scientists have discovered “routinely eating soup can reduce calorie intake, make you feel satisfied and promote weight loss over time.” You know the drill: less food equals fewer calories. It’s just science!
Just as an FYI– the reason we tell you to stick to broth based soups is that they tend to have fewer calories than their cream based brothers.
